TEKSS: a system for technicians and the office — jobs, acts, invoices and bank

The task

SIA TEKSS and SIA TEKSS GROUP service fire alarms, smoke ventilation, video surveillance and fire extinguishers. The task: move the technicians’ and the office’s work from paper and Moneo to one system where a job becomes work on site, the work becomes an act, the act becomes an invoice, and the invoice is matched to the payment in the bank.

Alongside: the company website in three languages, email and Google ads.

What we built

Calendar and jobs for the office

The office plans work in a calendar and assigns it to technicians. Rates: day and night call-outs, hours on site, maintenance at the site’s price. Monthly maintenance jobs create themselves.

The technician’s phone

On site the technician starts a timer, writes notes, adds date-stamped photos and picks ready phrases for the type of system. All of it goes into the act, which the client signs on the screen.

The act and its review

The office reviews every act before it goes out. The PDF act carries a number, a barcode, VAT and the total in words. It is emailed to the client, and every email stays in the log.

Invoices and the bank

Invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes and credit notes with series numbering as in Moneo. An invoice from an act takes one button, and the advance is deducted. E-invoices in XML (Peppol BIS 3), debts and reminders, late interest, set-off and reconciliation acts, monthly invoices on autopilot. Bank statements can be uploaded (FiDAViSta, camt.053) or pulled in automatically through Synci, and payments are matched to invoices on their own.

The tekss.lv website and the enquiry panel

We moved the website and added to it: Latvian, Russian and English, 40 pages, prices and a path to the enquiry. Enquiries land in the admin.tekss.lv panel, which also has statistics, site prices, reports, email and one-click access to the act system.

Result

  • akti.tekss.lv has been live since 15 September 2026, and group.tekss.lv serves the second company.
  • Technicians fill in jobs on their phones, and the office reviews acts, issues invoices and sees payments in one place.
  • The system has 31 data models, 43 migrations, 38 screens and 17 API routes; the admin.tekss.lv panel has 11 screens.
  • The tekss.lv website in three languages: 40 pages, 38 addresses in the sitemap.xml. 118 invoices moved from Moneo and 450 MB of email.
