Our own system: CRM and accounting at AVENTOR

The task

We needed one place of our own to see money, clients and their documents, public tenders and website enquiries, get alerts in Telegram and work from the phone as well.

It is now also a reference: we adapt the same logic — the document trail, finance, reminders — to a client’s process.

What we built

The screens show demo data, with the interface translated into Latvian. We build client systems in Latvian.

“Today”

The first screen: money in the accounts, the month’s revenue, costs, profit and VAT due, what needs action, the trail of every client document, tenders and system health.

Clients and documents

A client card with company details, found by registration number in the company register and VIES. The trail: estimate → advance invoice → act → final invoice. Service and advertising contracts get draft invoices every month. The client receives a link with an “Apstiprinu” (I approve) button, and we see sent → opened → accepted → paid. Reminders go out on their own, and what has been signed can no longer change.

Estimate, invoice and act on a single A4 page, numbered TM, RK, AK and AV, with 50/50 payment terms.

Finance

Money in the accounts, “owed to you”, “due soon”, income and costs by month, who pays and where the money goes, VAT for a period. Reconciliation with Citadele bank through Klix (read-only) and “Everything for the accountant” — an archive for any period.

Tenders and analytics

Latvian public tenders from open data: our status, the amount bid and the outcome. Website analytics without third-party counters: visitors, sources and a funnel showing where people drop off.

Result

  • We run our own work in this system: client estimates, invoices and acts have gone through it since 22 September 2026.
  • The API has 48 TypeScript files and 18,659 lines of code, 93 admin routes and 36 tables; the panel has 25 files and 9,838 lines.
  • We do not publish the company’s financial figures, so the screens show demo data.
