Google does not judge a page once. First the page has to be found and indexed; then Google tries to work out which questions it answers and compares it with competitors. It only notices each change after crawling the page again, so results arrive gradually.
For competitive searches where dozens of Riga companies compete, the top spots belong to sites that have been building content and links for years. A realistic plan therefore starts with narrower, more specific searches: "window replacement Imanta" is easier to win and often brings a readier customer than plain "windows".
