SIA AVENTOR (reg. No. 40203734582, Jēkabpils iela 5, Rīga, LV-1003, email info@aventorco.com) is the data controller for this website and the AI Email Bot (Autopilot) service under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process: (1) contact details you provide via the contact form or on signup (name, email); (2) the content of your emails and the business description you connect to Autopilot so the AI can draft replies; (3) payment data, processed by Stripe (we never store your card number); (4) technical data (IP address, browser type) needed for the site to run and stay secure.

To process email content we use the Google Gemini API — the text of your messages is sent to Google's servers to generate reply drafts. Payments are processed by Stripe. Servers are hosted with Hetzner (EU, Germany), managed via Coolify. These sub-processors handle data only on our instructions and under their own data processing agreements.

We keep data for as long as your account is active, and up to 12 months after account deletion for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability, and to object to processing — by writing to info@aventorco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv) if you believe your rights have been violated.

Enquiries and correspondence. When you fill in the request form, call or write to us (including on WhatsApp or by email), we process your name, phone number or email address and your message to answer your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), so no separate consent is needed. If no contract follows, we delete this data no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you came to the site from one of our ads, the request also records the ad channel and keyword (no cookies) so we can see which ads work; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you allow analytics or marketing in the cookie window, we also process online identifiers (cookies) and data about how you use the site — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, ad clicks and whether you sent an enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Recipients: Google Ireland Limited. See “Cookie policy” for details.

These terms govern the use of services provided by SIA AVENTOR — website and app development, and the AI Email Bot (Autopilot) subscription service.

Autopilot is a paid subscription service billed monthly or yearly, which renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings ("Manage subscription").

Autopilot is an AI-powered tool — it drafts reply suggestions based on the business description you provide. You are responsible for the final decision to send any given reply (except where you have knowingly enabled automatic sending), and for the accuracy of the business description you supply. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is fully accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of a breach of these terms, an attempt to use the service for unlawful purposes, or non-payment.

Our liability for any damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the service over the preceding 3 months, unless otherwise required by law.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the jurisdiction of the courts of Riga apply.

Necessary. The site stores your chosen language (app_lang) and your cookie choice (cookie-consent — which categories you allowed and when) in your browser's local storage (localStorage). These values stay in your browser and are not shared with third parties; they do not require consent. The authenticated Autopilot dashboard (app.aventorco.com) uses a functional session cookie required to keep you signed in.

Our own statistics (analytics, only with consent). If you allow analytics, the site sends the address of the page you view and the site you came from to our own server (Hetzner, Germany, EU). The session identifier is kept only in the browser tab's memory (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close the tab; no cookies are set.

Third-party tools (only with your consent). They start storing cookies, or are loaded at all, only after you have allowed the relevant category in the cookie window: • Google Analytics 4 (analytics) — Google Ireland Limited. Visit statistics: pages viewed, device, approximate location, traffic source. IP addresses are not stored. Cookies _ga and _ga_* — up to 13 months; data is kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. • Google Ads (marketing) — Google Ireland Limited. Measuring ad clicks and enquiries (conversions) and showing ads again to site visitors. Cookies _gcl_* — up to 90 days.

For Google tools we use Google Consent Mode v2: until analytics or marketing is allowed, no Google cookies are stored and Google receives only signals without cookies or advertising identifiers (for example, that a page was opened).

These providers may transfer data to the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Consent is voluntary and can be changed or withdrawn at any time — click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site. When you withdraw consent, the analytics and advertising cookies set by our site are deleted; you can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Your choice is kept for up to 12 months or until you change it.
